We collect personal information when you contact us, book a consultation, sign up, or otherwise interact with our services. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number and anything else you choose to tell us.

This policy covers the chimehive.com website. Personal information held in the ChimeHive app on behalf of our customers is covered by our agreement with each customer.

How our contact form works

When you send the contact form, your details are passed to Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland) region and emailed to our team. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up.

Data security

We take data security seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as needed to provide our services. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us run our website and business, provided they agree to keep it confidential.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not follow you across other websites. When a page loads, Cloudflare receives the page address, the referring page, your browser type and your IP address, which it uses only to estimate your country and does not store. We see only aggregate statistics.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email hello@chimehive.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
